Where does Maison MÔT ship?

We currently ship within the Netherlands only. All orders are sent securely with Track & Trace so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands costs € 4.95. This is your contribution toward delivery, Maison MÔT covers the rest of the actual shipping cost.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after payment. During busy periods (like new drops or holidays) delivery may take a little longer, thank you for your patience.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days after receiving it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

The return cost is € 4.95, which is your contribution toward return shipping. Maison MÔT covers the remaining part of the actual return cost.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and check your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

 

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return your item and place a new order.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet, for now we only ship within the Netherlands. We’re exploring options to expand in the future.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you made a mistake or want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we can’t make changes.

 

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and include a photo of the damaged item.
