Maison MÔT (“we”, “our”, “us”) is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. By placing an order on maisonmot.com, you agree to the following terms.

Orders and payments
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify using methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

Shipping
We currently ship within the Netherlands only.
Shipping costs €4.95, which is the customer’s contribution toward delivery.
Maison MÔT covers the remaining part of the actual shipping cost.
Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after payment.

Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused and in their original condition.
The return cost is € 4.95, which is your contribution toward return shipping.
Maison MÔT covers the remaining part of the actual return cost.
Once we receive and check your return, we refund your payment within 14 days.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

Product information
We do our best to represent our products accurately, but small variations in colour or print may occur.

Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the value of your order.
Maison MÔT is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Intellectual property
All designs, images, and content on maisonmot.com belong to Maison MÔT.
Please don’t use them without permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in The Hague.
